Thats a mongolian penny whistle, often mistaken for a flat crown shaped trophy the whole thing goes into the users mouth and as air is passed over it any one within 20 meters may poo from ear pleasure.

This is a device which helps improve your footjams. Small metal weights(much like those used to balance car wheels) are attached to the front of the crown. The user can then hold that footjam for longer by tilting his head up or down, adjusting that crucial centre of gravity.
Note: should always be removed prior to riding trails, under no circumstances should you wear this backwards, always photoshop it out of that awesome picture.
